When I talk about the Solar Plexus Chakra, I’m not talking about an abstract symbol or a pretty yellow mandala floating in the air. For me, the Solar Plexus is the place where my emotions stop being background noise and start becoming messages. It’s where fear becomes clarity, where anger becomes boundary, where joy becomes fuel, and where tears, those strange, holy little droplets, become a release valve for the pressure of being human.
